1. All Sales Are Final
Please note that all purchases made through our store are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," sizing issues (if applicable), or accidental purchases.
2. Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to our "No Returns" policy is if your item arrives damaged or defective. We take great care in packaging our products, but we understand that mishaps can happen during transit.
3. How to Request a Refund for Damage
To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to damage, you must follow these steps:
